Flexible Business Support FAQs

What can I use Flexible Business Support for?

Flexible Business Support can be used for a wide range of practical business tasks, including:

  • Admin
  • CRM updates
  • Customer follow-up
  • Quote follow-up
  • Supplier chasing
  • Research
  • Spreadsheets
  • Database organisation
  • Document preparation
  • Review requests
  • Appointment booking
  • Inbox support
  • General business organisation
  • Process documentation
  • Basic marketing administration

If you are unsure whether a particular task is suitable, ask.

How is this different from a virtual assistant?

Traditional virtual assistant services often focus mainly on administrative tasks.

Flexible Business Support can include admin, but it can also extend into operations, customer processes, CRM organisation, supplier management and other practical areas of running a business.

The focus is on helping the business function more effectively, not simply completing a list of admin tasks.

What is included in the 3 hours for £75 offer?

The introductory offer gives new clients three hours of remote Flexible Business Support for £75.

The time can be used for agreed business tasks such as admin, follow-up, research, CRM work or similar support. The work and priorities are agreed before starting so the three hours are used effectively.

Is the 3 hours for £75 a subscription?

No. It is an introductory new-client offer, and there is no requirement to continue afterwards.

If you do want ongoing support, you can then use the standard hourly service or discuss a regular support arrangement.

What happens after the introductory three hours?

There is no obligation to continue. If the support has been useful, you can book additional time at the standard rate of £35 per hour or discuss a more regular arrangement.

Do I have to guarantee a minimum number of hours?

No. Flexible Business Support is designed to be flexible. You can use support when you need it without employing another member of staff.

Can larger businesses use Flexible Business Support too?

Yes. The service can be useful for larger or established businesses that need additional capacity for specific tasks, projects, backlogs or periods of increased workload.

It can also work well where an internal team needs temporary additional support without recruiting immediately.

Will I work directly with Lucy?

Yes. You will work directly with Lucy Goffin. The service is not outsourced to a large team or call centre.

Can you access my CRM, inbox or other business systems?

Yes, where appropriate and where access is agreed. I only ask for the access needed to carry out the agreed work.

Confidential and customer information is handled appropriately, in line with agreed terms and data protection requirements.

Can I use the service for one-off tasks?

Yes. Flexible Business Support can be used for one-off tasks, short bursts of support or ongoing requirements. The aim is to give you access to support without unnecessary commitment.
